Install ACC Mobile 3 from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Press the Sign in with Avigilon Cloud Services button
Ensure that EMEA is selected as the region
Enter the email address associated with your account
Enter your password (this can be safely reset with the Forgot Your Password? link if you have forgotten it)
Press the Cameras button to view the available cameras
Select a camera to view it in real time
Press the Recordings icon in the top-right to view previous footage

Navigate to ca.cloud.avigilon.com
Ensure that region is set to Europe, Middle East, Africa or Canada
Enter the email address associated with your account
Enter your password (this can be safely reset with the Forgot Your Password? link if you have forgotten it)
Click the Views (Camera) icon in the top-left corner
Click in the Search Views field to see a list of existing views
Click the Layout icon (4 small squares) to select a grid size to create your own view
Click the Camera List icon to see a list of available cameras
Click in an area of the grid to select it then select a camera from the left-hand side to add it
Once you are happy with the arrangement, click the three dots the Save View
Enter a name and optionally select Set as Default View to open this every time you log in
To increase the quality of a camera, press the three dots in the corner of the feed, then Settings > Video Quality and change from Low to Auto
To view recorded footage, slide back the marker on the timeline at the bottom of the image
To export video, press the three dots then Export and select the time period and quality and press Submit
