Disable Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi should be disabled on the majority of Sky Q installations to avoid network issues. If this has become re-enabled due to a software update or hardware replacement, please follow these instructions to disable:

• Return to the home screen with the Home or Guide button on your remote

• Highlight Settings from the left-hand menu

• Type 001 on your remote then Select/OK

• Select Network

• Select 2.4GHz Wireless and disable

• Select 5GHz Wireless and disable

• Select Confirm and press Select/OK
